Our Team
Cat Del Re
Cat Del Re is a sharp creative strategist and powerhouse producer with over a decade of experience in the entertainment industry across development, production, and performance. As the co-founder of We’re There Films, she has led the packaging and development of multi-million dollar features, including one built in collaboration with Jai Khanna at Oakhurst Entertainment that secured state tax incentives, private equity, and top-tier talent prior to the strikes. That project is currently being restructured with a refreshed creative team, including casting director Ryan Tymenski (Wicked) and director Bradley Bredwig (Good Trouble, The Fosters).
As a performer, Cat has worked alongside major creative forces including Issa Rae, Maye Musk, Renée Elise Goldsberry, and Madeline Zima, with appearances across, film & commercials. She has been directed by top-tier talent such as Jeffrey Reiner (Friday Night Lights), Geeta Malik (India Sweets and Spices), Mark Piznarski (Gossip Girl, Veronica Mars), and Jon Favreau (The Mandalorian, Iron Man), bringing a deep on-set fluency into her work behind the camera.
Cat’s directorial debut Plucked was honored by the American Cinematheque and earned nominations for Best Short and Best Actress. The film paved the way for her original series Bloody Vamps, now being represented by CAA in the U.S. and U.K. after catching the attention of Kevin Huvane.
She has produced a wide slate of content, including music videos, narrative shorts, and television concepts—and recently collaborated both in front of and behind the camera with Renée Elise Goldsberry on a narrative short in which she also served as a producer. Known for her ability to build and lead high-level creative teams, Cat balances bold vision with executional clarity, making her a trusted creative producer with real commercial instincts.
With her current feature ROT, Cat has assembled an Oscar, Emmy, Grammy, and Artios-nominated team. With deep development experience, packaging expertise, and a distinctive voice as a filmmaker, she is uniquely positioned to lead this elevated, genre-defying project from script to screen.
